CSC still vulnerable despite spirited bid defence

The UK real estate company has given some ground in its defence against the $4.5 bln bid from Simon Property, its U.S. rival. But CSC also insists that its assets are worth much more than Simon should be prepared to pay. The UK mall owner still has to justify its independence.
