Hollande gets chance to forget 75 pct tax rate

Just drop it

A French court has struck down the controversial 75 pct tax rate on incomes topping 1 million euros a year. The government could redraft the law, but the ruling provides a good opportunity to cease and desist. Sadly, politics could overrule what economics dictates.
