Oil bulls may be getting ahead of themselves
Cranking up the U.S. printing presses has helped push oil to its highest level in two years bringing $100 a barrel within striking distance. But with Brazil and Iraq pumping ever faster and demand in rich countries still feeble, any price surge is likely to be fleeting.
