Fiat pegs Chrysler as most undervalued carmaker

This is one example of the dangers of foreign ownership of our major industries. Yes there was need for new money for Chrysler but there is no loyalty to the brand or the employees. To say money has no nationality is an understatement when directed at Mr. Marchionne. During contract negotiations with the employees union the threat of pulling Canadian manufacturing to another country was his leverage and is currently laying off full time employees in lieu of part time and minimum wage paying contractors. The good news of finding a buyer for Chrysler is turning into financial disaster for the employees their families and what is now becoming a distant memory, Canadian quality of life.
