Williams exposes sweetheart Southern Union deal
The energy group launched a hostile $4.9 bln bid to break up an agreed, lower offer for Southern Union from Energy Transfer Equity. And well it should. ETE's bid stiffs its target's shareholders but showers its top two executives with $100 mln over five years and copious goodies.
