Vivendi, controlled by Vincent Bollore, has bought out Silvio Berlusconi’s Mediaset Italian pay-TV business for 720 mln euros. That creates tougher competition for Rupert Murdoch’s Sky. Of the three tycoons, former Italian PM Berlusconi comes out best.
