The billionaire wanted to hunt elephants, and bagged the $9.7 bln U.S. lubricants maker. But to buy a public company that ticks Berkshire Hathaway’s boxes for size and other attributes, Buffett is paying a big premium in an unfashionable sector. Hauling off pachyderms isn’t easy.
