Pushing deflation

Taiwan Semiconductor and United Microelectronics, producers of nearly 20% of all chips, are edging closer to working at full capacity. Prices should be rising at this point, but Taiwanese expansion plans guarantee more semiconductor deflation for European chipmakers.
