The Postbank always knocks twice

With bank capital scarce, Deutsche Bank will struggle to justify paying triple the market price for half of Deutsche Postbank. The existing terms are lucrative for Postbank s stateowned top shareholder, but Germany ought to be wary of adding to the load on its banking system.
