Don't lean on cornerstones

The commodities trader has courted big investors to take a guaranteed slice of its IPO in return for staying put for a few months. Cornerstones are de rigeur in Hong Kong, but serve little purpose besides helping out bookrunners. It’s a shame Glencore isn’t breaking tradition.
