Mary Barra juiced the $50 bln automaker’s shares by forecasting 10 pct earnings growth. That pierced the gloom that tariffs, slowing sales and self-driving skepticism have cast over Detroit’s annual show. But relying on cost cuts and new trucks makes profit gains hard to sustain.
