That depends on what the Brazilian government charges for the 5 bln barrels of oil reserves it will exchange for Petrobras stock as part of an $85 blnplus capital hike. If Brasilia, facing elections, demands $8 a barrel, shareholders could be out $15 bln and diluted to boot.
