A 20 pct bonus hike took the JPMorgan CEO’s 2010 comp to $18 mln. That’s a tad generous: improved profit relied on reserve releases and shares were flat. Dimon’s pay hike is still more defensible than Lloyd Blankfein’s. But Wells Fargo’s John Stumpf will probably trump both.
