The Lao Securities Exchange opened peacefully this week, while investors rioted in Dhaka. The next credit crunch will zap both, but Dhaka is more likely to survive. Bangladesh s advantages in size and ownership rights are bolstered by a 3.5 mlnstrong body of investors.
