The Finnish mobilemaker’s core business is in deep trouble and hard to value. Even exiting telecoms equipment would be only a small plus. That’s why bid talk isn’t sticking. Investors should buy the stock only if they believe in Nokia’s Windowsbased turnaround strategy.
