Poor marks

The $7.4 bln education publisher affirmed its 2016 and 2018 guidance in what should have been a pleasant surprise. Instead, the shares tumbled. It speaks to nagging worries from earlier profit warnings, the fickle U.S. textbook market and a broad new apprehension among investors.
