The Italian fashion house will pay banks handling its $2.6 bln IPO up to 1.9 pct of the proceeds, low for Hong Kong. That partly reflects cheaper fees in Italy, where Prada first planned to float. But it also shows the company’s clout with consumers, investors and bankers.
