Liberty Mutual Agency was teed up as the biggest U.S. flotation of the year and a key test of investor appetite for a backlog of issues. But the $1.2 bln deal was yanked at the last minute. Weaker trading already has bankers nervous. If IPOs flag too, more could face the sack.
