The UK bank s £28bn of losses and goodwill hits look like a kitchensinking from a new boss. But RBS muddied itself in every grimy pit: ABN, Iceland, LyondellBasell, even Madoff. Its exposure to so many messes, as asset prices fall, means there are probably more losses to come.
