Daylight robbery?

The nation’s largest bank apparently managed to lose $1.2 billion 5 pct of its equity in fraudulent loans arranged by three branch managers. Internal controls, regulatory oversight and corporate transparency all seem to have gone missing. But it’s not too late to do better.
