Nomura shuffles forward

The investment bank has conducted a reshuffle putting nonJapanese in the ascendancy. Nomura is rightly adopting the management structures of Western peers. But the loss of Christian Meissner, one of its most senior bankers, suggests larger rivals may still have greater appeal.
