Hot money is flowing out of Asia’s emerging markets, yet into Taiwan. Rising tech exports, an appreciating currency and low inflation all serve as a lure. The inflows are a vote of confidence in Taiwan’s policy and prospects. Policymakers can afford to let them roll.
