Osborne's long-term growth pills

George Osborne rightly emphasised deregulation and lower corporate taxes to revive Britain’s stillsluggish economy. But populist fiddles, such as raiding oil companies to help cap fuel costs, tarnished the Chancellor’s message. The benefits to growth will not register for years.
