Fighting economy set to go horizontal

Britain s economy grew by a fasterthanexpected 0.8 percent in Q3, with much help from construction and higher state spending. But looming government cuts are likely to squeeze growth, as UK consumers tighten their belts, unemployment rises and house prices fall.
