Gas War III

Autumn is coming and Russia and Ukraine are again squabbling over gas. Neither has an interest in a rerun of the 2006 and 2008 supply disruptions. The likely outcome is that Russia lowers prices in return for political concessions. State-backed Gazprom would be the real loser.
